VÄLIMAA FARM

Surrounded by fields and woods on idyllic Ostrobothnian countryside Välimaa Farm offers Bed and Breakfast –accommodation, catering and setting for family occasions, meetings and other events. We started to serve guests already in 1990, and in the course of time we have received many prizes as recognition of quality and long-run development of rural tourism.

Accommodation

We offer b&b-accommodation both in an idyllic red cottage (in every season) and in small romantic log outbuildings, barns (mainly during summertime). The cottage is for eight persons, and we have a total of 16 beds with shared bathroom, sauna and kitchen facilities.

Activities

In addition to accommodation You can familiarize yourself with us, the friendly innkeepers, as well as the animals of our farm; sheep, hens, ducks, cows… You can also go trekking, fishing, canoeing, and You can even ride a horse. With us You also get a good picture of what it feels like to live so close to nature that You pick fresh berries to Your porridge almost from the backyard! The hostess of the farm makes sure that You have fresh-baked bread for breakfast, and the host heats up the traditional Finnish smoke sauna if You want to experience something really exotic!
